Customers browse the menu by category, add items to their cart and check out in a few taps. Takeaway and dine-in each have their own flow, and customers can view past orders and get notified when their order is ready.

WAITER TABLET

WAITER TABLET

Waiters see every table on the left and the full menu on the right, so they can take an order without switching screens. Simple icons show each table's status at a glance, from waiting to served.

KEY LEARNINGS

KEY LEARNINGS

A POS system is really four products in one. Designing for customers, waiters, cooks and managers taught us to start from each person's job and device: fast, glanceable tablets for busy staff, and a simple, friendly flow for customers.
